Dufengxuan Daguyuan Soup 15g
250g sweet potato flour, 80g duck blood, 30g lucky bags, 5g crispy soybeans, 5g scallions, 5g coriander, 15g aged vinegar, 19g garlic, 3g millet chili powder, 35g sour and spicy powder seasoning
1. Soak and soften the sour and spicy noodles for later use
2. Mix 15g of aged vinegar, 19g of minced garlic, 3g of millet chili powder, and 35g of sour and spicy powder seasoning into a sauce for later use
3. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the base of Da Gu Yuan soup and stir evenly
4. Put in the soaked sweet potato flour and cook until cooked
5. Take out sweet potato flour and pour it into the prepared sauce
