34g of Dufengxuan Daguyuan Soup and 10g of Dufengxuan Bone Flavor
400g shredded pickled Chinese cabbage (Cuihua), 3g ginger slices, 300g big bone stick, 200g streaky pork, 1000g water
1. Add water to the pot and put pickled Chinese cabbage (wash it once with clean water)
2. After boiling the water, add Da Gu Yuan Tang, pork belly, large bone stick, and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. Slice the pork belly and simmer for 5 minutes, then add bone flavor.
