Soup replaces classic beef soup
500g beef brisket, 300g white radish, 20g scallions, and 20g ginger
1. Cut the beef brisket into pieces and put them in a pot of cold water. Then add scallions, ginger, and cooking wine to boil. Skim off the foam and remove it. Rinse with hot water
2. Pour beef brisket into a clay pot, add scallions and ginger, add hot water, cover with a lid, and simmer over low heat for half an hour
3. Add classic beef soup and continue simmering for half an hour
4. Add carrots and simmer for 10-15 minutes
5. White pepper, seasoned with bone MSG, sprinkled with cilantro for garnish
