Tang Shi Dai Tou Dao Da Gu Tang
Swimming crab, rice cake, 200g of tomato, 500g of water, 20g of scallion, ginger, and garlic
1. Peel and dice tomatoes
2. Cut the swimming crab into eight pieces and chop them into small pieces
3. Heat up the oil and fry the cut swimming crabs until they change color
4. Pour in boiling water and simmer for 2 minutes
