Thick tomato soup
Tomatoes, beef, onions
1. After scalding with a flower knife, peel and dice the tomatoes
2. Take another 4 taels of beef and chop them up for later use
3. Chop another half of the onion and set aside
4. A little oil, stir fry the beef to change color when the oil is hot. Have some black pepper and light soy sauce, remove and set aside
5. Stir fry minced garlic and onions in thin oil until fragrant
6. When the onion is semi transparent, add tomatoes and stir fry until sand is formed
7. Add the concentrated tomato soup again
8. Turn down the heat and pour in clean water
9. Bring the beef back to the pot after the tomatoes are cooked to perfection
10. Add an appropriate amount of black pepper, a small pinch of sugar, and a small pinch of bone MSG
11. Harvest the juice over high heat until you like it
