Classic Beef Soup
Beef, coriander, celery, scallions
1. Fresh diced tender beef
2. Cut the three spices into small pieces (coriander, celery, scallions)
3. Heat the beef in a pot and blanch it for 30 seconds to change color. Remove from the pot
4. Bring to a boil with water, add some bone flavor, and then pour in the noodles
5. Add classic beef soup again
6. Have some light soy sauce
7. Add chili oil
8. After cooking the noodles, remove them, add beef, add three spices, and then pour in the noodle soup
