Classic Chicken Clear Soup
Eggs, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, mushrooms, bean sprouts, goji berries
1. First, make a cross shaped mushroom knife
2. Then cut the tofu into rectangular pieces
3. Just break the shiitake mushrooms two more times
4. Clean the chicken leg mushrooms and remove the roots
5. Heat oil and beat in two eggs, fry until both sides are golden brown
6. Add some scallion leaves and bean sprouts, stir fry a bit
7. Pour in clean water again
8. Add classic chicken broth
9. Add the prepared side dishes and a little more herbs and goji berries
10. Finally, some pepper powder, light soy sauce, bone gourmet instead of salt and chicken essence, and a few drops of sesame oil
